by experienced registered nurses and paramedics who have over 50 combined

years of experience working and teaching in the emergency medical field.

Emergency Medical Technician or EMT is considered an entry level position into

the field of emergency medical services. Being certified as an EMT is a

prerequisite to paramedic school and provides person students who complete

the course with the opportunity to seek employment in emergency departments,

ambulance services and fire services.

If you are wanting to start a career in the medical field or a healthcare

professional in need of recertification in various courses then you need to give

SoCal EMS Training Institute serious consideration to accomplish those goals

NOW. Why wait for overcrowded college classes that can’t provide enough

courses due to funding issues? Our pricing is competitive, tuition includes the e-

text book with online course access, equipment, and uniform shirt required by

the students. We are at a lower cost than other private courses and many

community colleges who all require the student to purchase their own books

separately. Our courses are more readily available and offered throughout the

year with evening and weekend classes available to you can continue to work if

needed while training to be an Emergency Medical Technician.
